Release Those Burdens

RELEASE THOSE BURDENS!

It has become heavy with all the obligations that you insist on carrying!
You have to eat, breathe, drink water, rest, dream, move, excrete and care . . .
The rest is what you have decided to add to your collection of 'to-do's' and the distraction of these lists of things that you must do, is taking away from the most crucial act of all!

That moment in time when you sit back, let go and allow your breathing to become soft and gentle. In this place, all stress leaves the body and your mind clears of negative thoughts. 
It is now that you are able to allow the space to begin to compile itself around you, causing a buffet around you - like a soft down duvet.
You sense it leaving and moving further and further away until you are left on an isolated piece of turf, with only canyons and cliffs in the distance around you.

You are alone . . .

In the silence, you are able to imagine being in the cosmos.

It is bright with stars and not as quiet as you may imagine, as comets go by and stars twinkle, bringing a melody into your surroundings. You feel the radiance of the universe seeping through every nano-cell of your being and you feel lighter and translucent.

It is now that you can imagine that nothing back on earth is a burden and everything is a choice. A choice which you can release or keep . . . it is up to you. You can return and make changes and you can free up the obligations and burdens that you have, so that you can enjoy life to the fullest.

Now see yourself return to where you are feeling safe and lighter.

First - we free ourselves and then we begin the real work!!

  1. Move to the eye of the storm... where interestingly enough, the sky over us is clear, the pressure is low and the temperature warmer. I mean literally.
